Due to the sensitive nature of beauty and personal care products, we have outlined specific conditions for returns and exchanges. RETURNS

We accept returns for faulty products under the following conditions:

  1. Returns are only accepted for products that are faulty, damaged upon receipt, or incorrectly supplied.

  2. Products must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  3. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition - as received. 

  4. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@celestiallotus.co with your order details, the reason for the return, and photographic evidence (if applicable). Our team will provide further instructions.

Please note that returns for change of mind are not accepted, and certain items, such as gift cards or sale items, are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  2. If a product is found to be damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or tampering, we reserve the right to deny the refund.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon receipt, or incorrectly supplied. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at hello@celestiallotus.co with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the faulty item and shipping the replacement.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund or suggest an alternative product.


SHIPPING RETURNS

For faulty or incorrectly supplied items, postage will be free of charge. A shipping label will be provided to you by our customer service team upon approval of your return request.

Please ensure that returned items are securely sealed and properly labelled before sending them back.

For the safe return of beauty products, we recommend using the provided shipping label to ensure the package is trackable and insured.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Opened or used beauty products (e.g., skincare, oils, or creams) due to change of mind

  2. Gift cards

  3. Sale or discounted items

  4. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
